My model is based upon over thirty years of work with individuals who have been able to grow their full potential from a deep source from within themselves.

I assist this growth using simple, yet powerful tools, that have been experientially and empirically well proven. There is no-one in NZ using the advanced toolkit that I use.

There is really no limit to the type of work I have done from conflict resolution to coaching senior managers/owners to transform themselves and hence their organization.

I have done work, since 1988,for example, assisting people whose positions have become redundant. They can use my deep process to transform themselves and move on with a high degree of energy, clarity and focus. Often these people go on and achieve their authentic purpose in life. For many people the existential questions may only arise at these 'traumas', or junctions, in peoples' lives. Before you have a physical or emotional breakdown it is possible to find your authentic Self and grow it exponentially. Most of my present work is in coaching individiduals and in the 'people' side of change management- how to manage, and grow, form the changes imposed on you.

It is not necessary to become pathological to make the changes from whatever is causing your 'stuckedness'.
