Accountability or Responsibility?

Recently I heard people talking about the lack of accountability in our political and general government sector. This is also just as prevalent in the private sector.

Look at the situation in the USA and how this impacts all people internationally.

To me most organisations have screes of accountability, but what they really are missing is responsibility.

Where is the moral leadership? Not in the use of faiths or religions to use as poor substitutes for moral arguments, but just following a conscience and taking responsibility as a human being.

With no inner ways to follow our conscience we have the moralists spouting catechisms or creeds to rationalise their behaviours. Then we have rationalists using sophistry to defend their positions.

All people have to do is connect with your own conscience, or 'cognitive energies', as I call it to follow your human responsibilities.

There is then no opportunity, or need, to rationalise your way out of things.

Now the comsumer society has shown itself to be nothing but a place where the 1% are trying to move their greed factor on to another level to justify their 'moral' superiority over those who have real moral responsibilities and behaviours, Wall ST. greed.

What we need are authentic leaders who actually have human and moral responsibilities and behaviour. This is possible through a simple programme, 'Your Sacred Ritual', which is part of 'Authentic Leadership Training".
