Resiliency
In over 15 year years working in the area of resiliency there have been two major impacts that have been occurring for me. The resiliency maps of Essi systems have provided some great detail for assessment for individuals and teams. Also "The Resiliency Advantage", by Al Siebert, has provided further acknowledgement of the tracks I have been on in detailing his journey as a resiliency psychologist.
I began doing profiles 10 years ago on intuition and resiliency. I have updated one of these profiles for you, the reader, to have a go. Find a place of quiet and enjoy the reflections that arise. Authentic Leadership Training Ltd.
As it is only a fraction of a percentage who can gain real transformation, in working directly with the SAT model, I have developed a course of training called ALT (Authentic Leadership Training), programme which will guarantee to transform people in their chosen field. When you finish this programme you will know fully all of your self and be able to flow with your life. This could be for any person, whether a CEO or artist. This is a programme, which has five/six textbooks and monthly meetings in the year’s course, (two or four meetings, depending on your presenting condition). The meetings, or contacts, can include iChat, (on Mac),bnicol1@mac.com, or AIM, (on PC), Coachnicol1, video conferencing.
This is a programme that allows international contact without too much destruction of the ozone layer. The course will run for 10 months. If you do all the work, consistently, as prescribed, you will gain that transformation that your body is saying you need to do.
That is guaranteed.
Variants of this course are available to teams and organizations that wish to operate in the ‘green zone’, (“Radical Collaboration”, by James Tamm & Ronald J. Luyet). This is the place of openness and creativity when you become fully self aware, based on the SAT model(download pdf).
Academic Work
Two years ago the London Financial Times online, www.FT.com/Business Life/Business education, wrote an article for their readers on the standard and uniqueness of MBAs in NZ. The quote below is primarily referring to the SAT model as taught to MBA students at Victoria Universty, Wellington, NZ.
"Victoria Management School's MBA also has an interesting focus: EQ development- producing graduates who can get along with employees socially not just excel intellectually. Students study six days of EQ development, including personal growth workshops such as self-awareness and dream analysis under the guidance of a Jungian,{trained}, psychologist. 'Social skills are just as important as intellectual skills here,' says Mr. McDonald. {Course Director}. MBA students echo their directors, saying that the quality of their learning in New Zealand is as good, if not better, than anything they can get overseas. And at the business schools in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland, where students often keep their full-time jobs and study at night, students are likely to receive promotion once armed with an MBA."
